ORDER PROCESS CHANGE

It was recently brought to our attention that an older version of the FAQ was posted on-line that stated:

"YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOUR PACKAGE IS AT THE REGIONAL SHIPPING LOCATION."

This however is not the case.  Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.  The order is then placed with the manufacturer on the same day.   The FAQ has been changed to state the following:

"YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF ORDER."

You may check back on the webstore to check the status of your order, once the tablet is configured, and shipped, the shipping information will appear on your order and will give you the ability to track your shipment.

We would like to further clarify the entire ordering process including the lease/loan option that is available through Credit Union One.
